Headed down to Broadstairs today to see Christine and Trevor for a lovely roast beef lunch, where we were also joined by Jeanette & John, Christine's sister & brother in law.
Christine & Trevor have a high chair which was used for James and his brothers when they were babies, it has been kept and used by Henry's cousins, Phoebe, Abigail & William when they were babies now it's Henry's turn to have his go. It's so cute as all the names have been stuck on with their year of births so it records all the babes that have used the chair! It was so lovely to see Henry's name now part of this wonderful tradition!
We all had a lovely lunch made by Christine and then James, Henry and I went out for a long stroll around broadstairs. We stopped in on the famous Morellis ice cream parlour for a lovely jubberly chocolate & banana milkshake!
It was a scorcher of a day and Henry got a good lot of sea air!! We headed back to granny and granpa's for Henrys tea and a bath. We then had to make a diversion toFolkestone, on the way home, to pick up an ebay purchase I won for Henry. A big tent and some ballpit balls for the garden!
All in all another lovely family day ❤️
