We headed over about 10am and got very lucky with the weather.
It was a gorgeous day yet hot so very very fortunate to have the shade of the box for the day. Henry loved being around everyone despite going through his shy faise when we said hello, he slowely came out of his shell and enjoyed cheering with William and his friend Archie.
The girls were very sweet and acted as our waitresses for the day and kept us hydrated with all the drinks we
Could drink and generally taking charge of the bar.
We were able to wander around the grounds when the game was playing and during the breaks run onto the pitch and have a little play around. James bought Henry a bat and ball and he was well away. Especially having Wills and Archie to pester for his turn at bowling!
It was another lovely experience to add to the list but I must admit..... Cricket is extremely boring!!
