After the usual morning of pottering, Henry napping, picking up some new toy storage and making dads birthday cake, we set off for the BBQ at 2.
It was lovely. All the wives seem to either be pregnant (just me at the mo) or have small kids! There was Josh (8months), Fearne (9months), Matthew (18months) and Lizzy 6 and of course our little trouble maker :)
They all played lovely together and Henry was very gentle with the babies and followed Lizzy around everywhere. As Matthew is her brother she was really good with Henry and played cricket with him letting him pretty much do what he wanted.
Henry did really well only getting a tad grumpy towards the end but soon perked up when Marks housekeeper bought out the eaton mess, fresh berries and packets of chocolate animal biscuits! They gave him a small sugar rush till it really was time to go. We got home around 6.30 and Henry was bathed and sparko at 7.15!
Apart from us women nattering away and the guys playing football and cricket we only got a few pics of Henry playing with the mini hockey stick. Everyone was pretty impressed with his hand eye co-ordination! :)
