Busy Saturday...

Today Henry and I set off to Rochester to meet my old friend from Uni, Gen, and her daughter, Juilette, and my old work colleague, Clare and her daughter Sienna.  They now work together but when Gen was at uni, Clare was her educator on placement and then Clare came to work in my team in 2013. A very small world! :)

Juilette is 2years and 3months and Sienna is 18months. They all had us in fits playing together with their little chitter chatter voices. Henry and Juilette started to really like each other but they all started to get a tad grizzly-
Sienna was very sleepy and Juilette hadn't had a good night so it was always best to nip it in the bud before they explode totally! Gen is also 18weeks pregnant and we had invaded her house so after a swift farewell we left 2hours later.

James and I had a wedding reception that evening and mum said she would have Henry so while I was that way it was no bother getting to Lenham from Rochester . James was playing hockey in Rochester too but didn't start till 2.30 and I had left mums by that time.

In nanny and Granddads garden sitting under the apple tree! :) xx

Mum and dad took Henry to Leeds Castle to the food festival. I've no pictures but they sent a few videos of Henry enjoying the giant garden games that were out for the kids. He loved bouncing on the soft dice from the snakes and ladders game and stacking up the counters from the giant connect 4! Not to mention rolling down the hill like the other kids! Mums come to the conclusion that he doesn't walk but runs everywhere! Yeap! He certainly does :)

Apparently after Leeds, walking Ruby over the top on Pilgrims Way, Henry was shattered! In bed and asleep by 7 through till 6 waking up and shouting for "nanny" at 3am for milk but straight back to sleep again :)

James and I had fun at the wedding reception- the bride and groom looked lovely... there was a photo booth, sweet table and paella for tea. There was a free bar and yes I drove James and his very drunk mate Mark home! By 11.45pm we were in bed and slept all through to a blissful 8.30! :) a lovely busy day all round.
Henry and Juilette- a picture of things to come! What a Romeo!

Dancing together!

Tried to get them all together for a photo but this is how it turned out- Henry was a tad bewildered- 2 very sleepy little Ladies!
