Mothers Day

was spoilt this morning with a lay in!! I didn't think I would nod back off but I did. I came downstairs to a lovely little arrangement and a cup of tea! :)

We headed off to my parents so I could see mum for Mother's Day and give her her gifts. Dad was on a night shift and they had planned a Mother's Day meal out too so bought both the nans down with him as all being from the Croydon area.

We got to see them for a bit and Jack came back home but then we had to shoot to James parents. The extension is coming on grand. It's massive and Dad and co have worked so hard! Looking forward to seeing the kitchen in which should hopefully be at the beginning of April.

The kitchen to be.....

The existing kitchen soon to be an office and a downstairs bedroom....(ready for the grandkids apparently... :)

After popping in on visiting mum we headed down to James parents. We were getting together with Nick, Emma and the kids, Linda and Malcom (Emma's parents) for a meal in Ramsgate.

We all headed off to the pier which was a Harbour Brasserie Fish restaurant. After sorting out the parking (no where to park initially) we headed in. It was a lovely but as always James l and l took it in turns to run after Henry and the kids were really good with him too offering up their services to do sme running around. Henry did eat all his Sunday dinner when our starters came so we did get some sit still time :)

The 100th lap around the restaurant....

So parking in the pier was a little bit of carnage and we encountered some Maidstone chavvies driving like plums......

Had to fight down the chavs to look after these 3 lovelies ;)

After dinner we headed back for tea and coffee at Christine and Trevor's and then off home. Henry slept the whole way and stayed mostly asleep when we got home just time to change into his pj's before nodding back off!

A lovely day.
