Music & Swimming

Today is a busy day for Henry clubs wise. We have monkey music at 10 then swimming lessons at 2.30. Doesn't seem like much but working in his naps to correspond with leaving on time etc is a bit of a faff! Anyways.... I always make it work and have now resorted in driving around for 20mins before settling down in the carpark to read my book for half hour all so Henry can have his nap before 10!

Castanets..... He loves these!

Does like to show off :)

Luckily I had James had home today and he could make it to swimming. I'd rather he swim than me. It's all a rush and a tight squeeze with 5mums and screaming toddlers in a small very hot room, what with being all wet and sticky trying to get Henry ready as he tries to crawl off is a nightmare! So with two of us there it's so much easier!

He did really well and always gets into it as it's time to finish up. It's James favourite thing too- so come a few years when he's a bit older I can sunbathe in peace while these two play fish! (She hopes)

Teaching them to fall forward instead of bum first where he could hit his head as he slides...

He looks so big here xxx

Practicing laying on his back... Only works with a toy

Playtime! Ready....

SPLASH!

When he got home he had a little
Play but didn't seem himself. He was a tad sick before his afternoon nap but acted fine after.... We introduced the chalk board Emma kindly handed down to us...... He's about the right age now to know what to do... And just about reach!
