We got down around ten and manged to see Jack for a bit before he had to drive back to Wales. Paul (nans son), Carly and my nan Jean (dads mum) were all there too helping out in any which way they could.
James got stuck in and what with all the men digging out the new patio, us ladies were prepping a big sausage and mash dinner for 9 and a half hungry people :)
Henry napped and Carly and I spent some time researching wedding locations and talking wedding politics in general for almost 3hours! Bought back memories for me and i can't believe how quick time is going....we will be married 3 years in October!
We did the cake for dad and he opened some of his presents. After dinner the men got back to it till about 6! They did a lot more than dad was expecting and it's been a real help to him having the extra man power. Mum and dad bathed Henry and being half asleep we left for home about 7.15 so we could get him to bed. We got home within 40mins!
It was SO nice to catch up with everyone a perfect family day . Xxxxx
