Dropping Henry to nursery James and I spent the day packing for the stay at mums, chilling and playing computer games!
We arrived at mum and dads around 3.30ish and got to unpacking all the party food James had bought, popping open a few beers and chatting waiting for mum to come home. When mum arrived from work, James and I popped out to sainsburys to pick up some red bulls for a sneaky shot of jäger measter and some fry up food plus more beers and champers!
Once the boys were bathed and in bed by 7.30 us adults got into the swing of things. Impromptu evenings really are the best. We ate, drank, had a sneaky shot, played pie face which turned out to be hilarious when my dad just decided to cheat and knock the lever up so it pied faced me straight away! Played charades which was hilarious especially when my dad tried to act out "Animal Farm" by impersonating a monkey! And we played that game where you have to guess who you are, with the sticker on your head.....?.. Anyone? Lol. Not sure what it's called.
We saw in midnight with the fireworks on the tele and as usual amazed at the crowds of people that attempt London at a ridiculous hour, hugged kissed and hit the sac!
Happy new year to all you lovely people that read this. May it be what you make it xxxx
Pie face!
Did a little practice before Henry went to bed....needless to say he just enjoyed licking the leftovers!
The second round dad got competly stuck on what James did....but utterly hilarious it went like this
Dad- " so, I'm male, over 70, dead, bald, not black but almost black, I'm a politician and I'm not British....." LOL
I haven't laughed so much in a long time! A super night with all I love xxxxx
