Amoungst the chores, nipping into town for some last min bits, Jake and I got some nice cuddle up with a bottle (of milk that is) intervals whilst watching "Love Actually". James also tried his hand at a Jamie Oliver recipe of homemade waffles and chocolate sauce for a brunch type snack. They were delicious but very heavy!
When we picked Henry up from nursery, we took him for a special treat at Macdonalds and then onward home. We were invited over to some friends but whilst Henry had a long day at nursrey he was pretty spent and James wanted to do some little xmas traditions with him before he went to bed. Luckily for us he doesn't quite get the jist of the whole Father Chrismas and present act yet so we didn't have to contend with an excited little boy...... Next year perhaps :)
