Church at 10am the ceremony went on for an hour and Henry did really well. He began to tire towards the end as his morning naps were interrupted with the short journey to Chislehurst but he manger to snooze in the buggy and stay asleep until we got to the pub afterwards.
We did our bit taking it in turns to amuse him while Nancy was at the font.....
We got talking to some of Lauren and Andys (Nancy's mum and dad) friends who all had babies/kids of similar and young ages. Henry made some friends and enjoyed playing with Ellie and her brother Issac. Ellie was very sweet about 4 years old and kept bringing Henry balloons which they enjoyed playing with immensely. Isaac was only just 2 and kept hugging and following Henry around. Was super cute.
White shirt boys....
Nancy was asleep after her lunch so we didn't get to see her much but she looked really really sweet in her christening dress and headband. She was also really good in church.
After a few hours in the pub we said our goodbye and headed home. We quick changed and popped into town for some veggies for a roast. Henry and I played in the garden while James was cooking and keeping a close eye on the Ryder Cup.
James cooked up a feast as always and we made sure we ate altogether. Henry even got his own little roasty.....
A lovely lovely day indeed... Xx
